Chief Customer Officer
JR is the CCO of Evergage, leading the Customer Success organization and post-sales operations. Prior to joining Evergage, JR headed sales and service before being promoted to CCO at Kampyle, a leading customer feedback and “voice of the customer” solution provider. He was also a top executive overseeing professional services during his seven-year tenure at LivePerson, a behavior-targeted online chat company, where he helped grow revenues from $6M to $140M. JR earned his BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
