As VP of Customer Success (CS) for Evergage’s retail practice, Laura leads program planning and execution across this strategic vertical, while overseeing Evergage’s retail-focused CS staff. Laura has more than 20 years of experience as a business leader and marketing strategist – managing high-performance client-service teams, as well as data-driven cross-channel marketing programs for leading retail brands. Prior to Evergage, Laura served in leadership roles at Zeta Global, 89 Degrees, e-Dialog and Harte Hanks. She holds a BA in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
